                    Maddie: -- yes --

                    Mother: -- what I didn't.

                    Maddie: Everything that you've always wanted. Yes. I've

                                  heard that. Every mother says that. But I don't 

                                  want what you didn't have. I want what I didn't 

                                  have.

Having recently gone through Mom's house to determine the things I wanted to keep, I can vouch for the fact that the things she wanted were not all things I wanted. I wanted a few things, but I'm not very sentimental.

Sentimental comes from the Latin for "to feel." I guess maybe that means I'm not very feeling.
