Doors

We don't have very good "slamming doors" in our house. I think that's good. I remember my parents put strips of foam rubber around the edges of a couple of the bedroom doors (Erik's and mine) while we were growing up. We could still close the doors, we just couldn't slam them when we were angry at our parents' ignorance. Or at each other.

I think that's a good practice if you have slammable doors and teenagers in the same house.
