Sometimes it is difficult to tell the difference between sunrise and sunset.  Both can be brilliant and both can take your mind off of your troubles of the moment.  Both involve the sun.  Both involve the sky.  And your eyes.  Both involve change.  Both can involve dread.  Or hope.

I think when you really boil it down the difference is that sunrise is when the sun is rising while sunset is when it is setting.
