Life on a farm is a school of patience; you can't hurry the crops
or make an ox in two days.

I have more patience than I realized. I find that I appreciate things more when I have to wait for them. It doesn't mean I like doing that, but sometimes with some things I am willing and able to be patient. Maybe as I have moments where I realize Zen I am able to be in the moment and not lurching after the future.
Maybe I have simply grown more patient as I have gotten older. It seems like it shouldn't be that way. That as you get older and time slips away you should be less patient. Or maybe I'm not yet old enough to be impatient. I'm still out patient.
