Arise

When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.

Arise.  It is important.  It is about beginning and persisting and being.  It can be the start or the continuation.  Certainly you can wait for a moment to arise, or you can play a role in making things arise.  And getting beat down might only be preparing you for greater things.

Like bread.  Getting beat down is the yeast of your worries.  It isn't something to loaf about, but you butter arise again and again and again even on the crumby days.  As I'm sure you've bread, the bun also arises.
