A few months ago, when watching the Ken Burns series on the American Revolution, Leslie and I found ourselves choosing our favorite historians in the series. As a former history major I was surprised that I hadn't chosen some favorite historians before that.

And yes, I did also go to Rate My Professor to look them up.
