Sally:  Does anyone have the weather radio- it is not in the resource room.

Me:  I think it got blown away in the tornado last spring.  Or maybe it was last night's flood...  Actually, I don't know where it is.  I should not have responded, probably.

What I learned from this is that I should sometimes type things and not hit send and then decide if I should hit send instead of typing and sending and then thinking.

However, it appears that the thinking was happening in this email as I was writing it.  And I still hit send.

I guess there are some things I never learn best.
