Sometimes leaving things behind make moving ahead easier. Sometimes leaving things behind makes moving ahead harder.

Like car keys. It's hard to leave without your keys. 

Unless you're walking. But then you'll have to eventually go back and get your car and then you haven't really left it behind, have you?

The moral of the story is, remember your car keys.
