Apparently, resilience is a buzzword right now. That's not a bad thing. It's much better than if "conglomerate" was a buzzword because I hate that word.
I like the assumption of challenge that comes along with the idea of resilience. To me it conjures images of overcoming trials and tribulations, of working through difficulties as opposed to never experiencing difficulties of any kind. To face again. And again if necessary.
Not just silience, but REsilience. That's what it's all about.
Some people may wish it was about re-silence when they read this. But if they're resilient, they'll get through it.
