- - - - -So, we saw this dad and his boys on the beach fishing. We had ridden the ferry with them the day before. When we saw the mom working at the community store later that day, I tried to strike up a friendly conversation.
"I think I saw your family fishing this morning," I said.
"Hm." she said.
She was not friendly. And then later I wondered if maybe her family was supposed to be at home cleaning the house instead of fishing.
Sometimes I'm an inadvertent trouble-maker.
