The other night I walked home from a film on campus (two films actually, but "Last night I walked home from two films on campus" sounds kind of weird to me).  It was cold.  I realize and own the fact that I have acclimated to moving south and what is cold to me now is not the same as what was COLD to me when I was in Iowa.  It was 32 degrees as I was walking home the other night.  I had a jacket but not a heavy coat.

It was cold.

There isn't a lot more to this story.   This post is more about the photo.  I like the photo.  And then I found a quote that I liked.  And then I wrote this.
