There's a difference between a philosophy and a bumper sticker.

- - - - -I like stickers. They are sort of graffiti for the non-artist. A way we have of saying, "I value this. I believe this. This is a part of my lived experience that matters to me. I want you to know this thing about me."
Somebody one time - I forget who it was - said that they didn't like bumper stickers because they were one-sided. That the person who posted the bumper sticker got to make a statement but you couldn't argue back. Especially if you were driving down the interstate.
I don't remember who that was. Obviously someone who liked to argue. They should have a bumper sticker that says that.
