Dad and Mom: Have a question. The city of Des Moines is considering selling the Blank Park Zoo and the Botanical Center. We can't decide which to buy. Don't think we can afford both. Any suggestions?

Me: Buy the Botanical Center. Less liability. Less mess.

Kirk and Erik: (no response).

And since my brothers never responded, my parents didn't buy either one.
