When you say something it doesn't mean you have done anything. When you do something, however, it says a lot. Especially if the thing you do is to throw pickled herring at the person who is saying something and doing nothing.
Incidentally, the robots say "There is no universally recognized Pickled Herring Day" in 2025.
The robots also say, "No. Tigers do not eat pickled herring."
