I think lying is usually wrong. Maybe not "lying in wait." 

Unless you're "lying in wait" to mug somebody. Or really to commit any crime.

Unless you're committing a crime of vengeance in a movie. I sometimes like movies like that. Also, how'd you get a role in a movie??
