Stress

If you ask what is the single most important key to longevity, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn't ask me, I'd still have to say it.

What if instead of looking for "stress relievers" we looked for "stress believers?"  I think that would give us support and would help us cultivate more stress because we'd have some validation.  And more stress means more energy and more productivity and a shorter life span.  So then we have population control.

But there should be a few of us (and by "us" I mean most certainly ME and maybe a few others) who will need to just sit back and observe.
