When you ask a dog a question, he looks at you because he knows you already know the answer and he can't wait to hear what answer you share with him. When you ask a cat a question, she just ignores you because she's too busy to be bothered with your ignorance.

Of course, if you go around asking animals questions, just know that people are asking questions about you, as well.
