That is not true. If we thought it was once we now have daily evidence that it is not true. You can influence others to cooperate with you if you have a dreadful personality and are trying to influence weak, selfish, and ignorant people to cooperate with you. 

Do I mean that in the context of this photo? Do I mean that Zak has a dreadful personality and that his Papa is a weak, selfish, ignorant person?
