Market

In America we eat, collectively, with a glum urge for food to fill us.  We are ignorant of flavour.  We are, as a nation, flavor-blind.

Crab apples are the only apples native to the United States.  Given the tone of what I read on Facebook a lot of days, that seems about right.

Also, I guess in the United States we ought to tell someone, "You are the crab apple of my eye."

Also, crab apples and cranberries aren't the same thing.
