Buoys

Feeling is deep and still; and the word that floats on the surface

I bet that if there were buoys that exploded and hurt people or didn't explode and hurt people - what I'm trying to say is that I bet if there were buoys that hurt people no one would say, "Buoys will be buoys" and do nothing about it. No. I think people would figure out why the buoys were doing those things and they would make sure that it quit happening.

That's what I think.
