Do I think everyone is a leader?  Yes.  

Do I think everyone has followers?  No.

Can you be a leader with no followers?  Yes.

Do you look kind of silly sometimes if that's the kind of leader you are?  Yes.

Is being chased by angry villagers with pitchforks and torches the same as being a leader?  No.
