Deer

An army of deer would be more formidable commanded by a lion than an army of lions commanded by a stag.

That's because an army of lions would eat the stag.  An army of deer would only eat the lion if he was a dandelion.  And then, lets face it, of all the plants, a dandelion wouldn't be the best leader anyway.
