- - - - -So power in and of itself is nothing. It has to be put into action. Electricity has to be carried by wires or lightning. Solar power has to be shared with some sort of receptor. The power of a leader has to be supported by followers. Without some sort of enacting body or process, power is powerless.
(pause)
