I saw this and I have to wonder who wrote the message on the window. Did the car owner himself / herself do it as a reminder because s/he might not remember to fix the side of the car? Did a passerby who happened to have a window marker do it? Did the person who did the damage to the vehicle write it? A police officer?

And, did the message work? This was taken about a week ago. Is the car fixd now?
