Games

The true object of all human life is play. Earth is a task garden; heaven is a playground.
~ Gilbert K. Chesterton

-----

When I was little and we went to my grandma's house, we used to go down to the park and play. When my cousins where there sometimes we played this game called, "Dropped it. Got it." You had a ball or a rag or a piece of trash and everyone was on their stomachs on the merry go round. One person would have the item and then they would drop it. When they dropped it they would say, "Dropped it." When someone else would see it and pick it up, they would say, "Got it."

You would try to drop it out of reach or hide it under the merry go round or whatever.

The game was fun, but looking back on it, I wish we could have come up with a better name for it.
