When I get really frustrated, I think about little babies and how they can't talk and they probably get angry because they have to cry to get what they want. And I think, "Shut up, babies! Can't you see I'm already frustrated?!"
Funny thing is ... I know who painted this ... a guy who graduated from Gilbert, his name is Kevin Lee -- it is a self portrait but I don't think he screams all the time.
