Pericles was sometimes referred to as the first citizen of Athens.  He was a great public speaker and leader.  He promoted arts and culture and education.  He did some good stuff.

You don't hear as much about his younger (and very bitter) brother.  He wasn't as famous.  He wasn't as gifted with words.  He wasn't much of a leader.  He lived his life in the shadow of his older brother, Pericles.  He is not as renowned or celebrated or quoted.  His name was... Testicles.
