Worry

Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.
~ Benjamin Franklin

I think this is really great advice. I believe people worry too much. I think I read somewhere once (which does not equate fact-checking, I realize) that children today worry more than they ever have. That's not good.

In fact, it's probably bad for all of us. If our future is directed by a generation of worriers, that is going to be really bad. Bad for them and bad for us and most especially bad for me.

I may never sleep again. Great. Thanks, Ben Franklin. Thanks for nothing.
