I love that quote.  I think it is true.  Dogs show love and they play and they eat and they sleep and they get up and do it all over again. I guess the flip side is that cats are how people would be if disdain was all that mattered to us.

(pause)

I bet the cats hate that I wrote that.  Which just goes to prove my point.  The only thing they would hate more is if I moved them off the computer to write it.
